~ Before placing a bid, please make sure to attentively read our updated international shipping policy ~

Original 100% authentic 1st West Coast Stereo pressing factory sealed copy of The Beatles “Yesterday and Today”, the 10th album released on Capitol Records on June 20, 1966. The Stereo version of this album comes across much rarer than the Mono. This incredibly rare copy pressed in Los Angeles is one of the earliest Stereo pressings because the back cover contains the RIAA “5” identifier at the bottom right corner that helps to identify the date of the pressing quite accurately. This copy was pressed no later than 1966, because the RIAA “5” was used from 1963 to 1966. This copy has the fourth cover variation with the "trunk" paste over slick. The album remains factory sealed containing the original breathe holes, two on the front cover and one on the back. Using a strong light source, you can see the original 1st print yellow Capitol Records “Capitol ’66; Sounds Great!” inner sleeve inside through the fully intact shrink wrap at the mouth of the cover. This inner sleeve was used only on the 1st pressing copies of this album. After 1966, Capitol stopped marking West Coast copies with the RIAA “5” and therefore, this copy is the very early 1st Stereo pressing from 1966. Absolutely guaranteed that this copy has the 1st print Capitol black multi-color band labels with the ST-2553 catalog number and without the “Subsidiary of…” rim text inside. Amazing final upgrade factory sealed copy of The Beatles “Yesterday and Today” in great Mint condition.
