This record is in Good condition with some scratches and initials written in ink on the back label. The paper sleeve is in Acceptable condition with partial separation on all sides. The card cover is in Acceptable condition with separation along the bottom seam and names written in ink on the front. It was carefully kept in a smoke-free home.

After further observation, it seems this is a "second state" stereo cover. The added photo seems to show "Ringo's V" in the expected location. Also, the number next to the "RIAA" logo on the back cover is "5."
