Hi, my name is Tommy and I’ve been collecting records for many, many years now. I’ve taken the hard decision to sell off some of my collection, so I can concentrate my collection in one specific area. So please look at my other listings. All my records are stored in protective plastic sleeves, standing upright with no pressure on them. Will be listing many more over the next few months..:(
Listed here is a RARE album by The Beatles titled “The Beatles (White Album)”. This is a UK Original 1st Pressing on Apple PMC 7067. This MONO copy is pressed on the very collectable dark green Apple label. The record labels have the "sold in the UK..." statement on them indicating 1st pressing. The fully laminated gatefold sleeve is Top Opening, 'The Beatles' is embossed and is number 0275725. These MONO copies are much RARER and more sought after then the stereo version. Complete with black inners, poster and 4 photo's of the lads. Also has the early matrix numbers.
Matrix Numbers: XEX 709-1 / XEX 710-1 / XEX 711-1 / XEX 712-1
VINYL - Both sides of both records are in VG- condition. There is light/minor background noise/static throughout, it is most noticeable on the run-in's /out's, between the tracks and very quiet area's. NO Skips, NO Jumps, NO Sticking, NO warping. NO deep scratches, there are quite a lot of hairline scratches, which produce a few clicks and pops here and there. Both disc's play all the way through without any major problems and sound a lot better then they look.
SLEEVE - The top opening gatefold laminated sleeve is in VG condition. Some spine wear (text is readable in places), Some minor edge wear and corner wear. NO tears/rips, NO splits, there are some light creases and there is a small discolouration/stain patch on rear and inside. NO ring wear or rub wear. NO Writing, pen marks or Graffiti.
LABELS - The labels are in EX condition. Some spindle marks, NO Writing, pen marks or Graffiti. On the second record there is a little wear around the spindle hole.
INNERS – The black inners are in Near Mint condition. NO tears/rips. NO Writing, pen marks or Graffiti. (these are replacement inners)
PHOTO'S - Are in Near Mint condition. NO Writing, pen marks or Graffiti. NO tears/rips.
POSTER - is in Good condition. It is intact but has a couple of small splits and is a little discoloured in places. NO Writing, pen marks or Graffiti. NO tears/rips.
(note: never grade Mint as I believe once it’s been played, even just once it’s no longer Mint)
