International Shipping: We typically ship internationally via US Postal Service 'International First Class' or 'International Priority' Mail, depending on the weight of the item(s). Please understand that even though we usually ship within 24-hours of cleared payment, we have no control over the length of time it takes to clear your country's Customs or local postal delivery. Most items arrive within 1-2 weeks, but some have taken up to 4 weeks (usually due to Customs handling - or mis-handling). We do offer alternative shipping methods (FedEX or UPS) if you want expedited delivery. Please note that the costs are substanially higher and we need to declare full 'INSURED' value on the customs forms. Please ask if you want expedited handling and we'll provide you with the costs involved.

MFSL albums are a bit more expensive to ship than regular albums due to their weight.

Returns: We guarantee our items to be as advertised. We gladly accept returns if you find the item to be not as advertised or what you expected. We want you to have a pleasant buying experience with us. Please contact us before returning any item. Items returned must not be opened (CD's or Albums) and must have remained 'unplayed'. Opening a sealed album or CD, or playing an item that was advertised as 'unplayed' significantly reduces it's value.
