The Beatles White Album 1968 LP SWBO-101 First Press W/ Inserts Low # 0003243. Condition is Used. This is a very nice complete first pressing example of this great record. A west coast pressing that was sold on the first day of release back in 1968. The Jacket has seen a lot of love and use with all four seams being repaired with tape due to complete splitting. The spine has also endured some paper loss a.s seen in photos. Overall a nice used early copy.
Three out of the four labels are in excellent shape. Some discoloring appears on label 2 on the bottom. The vinyl itself is in used condition with minor scratches and blemishes. The records play well for a pressing as early as this one. There is surface noise throughout the songs and in between songs on side 1 and 2. Side 3 and 4 sound very nice with less surface noice throughout. Both records could use a good cleaning. No major skips or ticks that I noticed accept for a brief but light tick on Julia and maybe a skip or two during dear prudence. The album is being sold as is, as seen in the pictures.
The four photos and poster were also left in this record and appear to be in much nicer shape than the Jacket itself. Very nice condition.
