Description
The Beatles' most iconic album, Sgt Peppers, is listed here in a high quality vintage copy.
I do not have the exact pressing, year, etc, but some details are:
This version was released by Capitol records, as you can see on the label. Capitol was the Beatles' US distribution so this a US release. Sgt Pepper is the first Beatles album where the track listing between US and UK versions were the same.
This is in MONO. It is not labeled as such on the record or sleeve but I play tested right before listing to confirm. This is from my personal collection. Like many Beatles and audiophiles fans, I do prefer the MONO versions of early Beatles music. (I guess the reason MONO isn't listed is because STEREO was still new at the time so this was like the default version at the time).
Catalogue number is MAS-2653 (MAS-X-I-2653) as identified on the record label, which features the iconic rainbow Capitol records design.

Condition is on the high end of "reasonably affordable." Or "used by really good." What I mean is- there is no damage, scratches on the record, rips on the sleeve. It's basically as good as you can get and not pay triple digits US. While I'm not a professional grader by any means this is what I would consider VG+ all around.
Record sounds great with only the expected bits of surface noise due to age. There are a couple of surface marks on first couple of tracks of side 2 that do not cause skips. The record is not warped at all. The gatefold sleeve is fully intact except for the bit of shelf wear one would reasonably expect. The inner sleeve has a couple of minor holes, again due to age, but in-tact enough to act as the record holder (you won't need a separate sleeve to hold it like we do sometimes for old records. The picture page is also included and in-tact, so it's the whole original record and packaging.
Kept in smoke-free, pet-free environment.
