Description
I've been collecting records for 38 years. It's time to start selling some.
Up for bid is the RARE RED TARGET LABEL press(ca. 1971) of this 1965 release on Capitol Records(ST-2442). It is a stereo pressing. Very hard to find CANADA ONLY issue of this Beatles classic. The Capitol "red target" label was a short run variation, thus making it quite difficult to come across. Apparently, RUBBER SOUL was never pressed in the US with the red target label. A must have for serious Beatles collectors.
As a bonus, I am including a RARE 45 from George Martin & His Orchestra released in 1964. It is from the original motion picture soundtrack A HARD DAY'S NIGHT("I Should Have Known Better" b/w "A Hard Day's Night"). It is a Canadian pressing on the red label United Artists(UA 750). The a-side label is clean. The b-side label has an ink stamper and some writing on it. The vinyl itself is VG with scuffs/hairlines. It plays well without skips.
The RUBBER SOUL lp is graded as follows:
Cover: VG+ with minor ringwear, some small paper tears and a sticker(both on the front at top)
Vinyl: Near Mint Beautiful!
Shipping is 14.00 in Canada. To the US is 16.00(airmail). I can ship two lps for these rates(combined shipping). Worldwide varies. I can not ship to Italy.
Happy bidding!
