I have played this album all the way through today and it plays superbly. The vinyl has barely any background noise, only occasional faintest crackle. The vinyl still retains its new-look sheen. There are one or two of the faintest hairlines and barely visible paper scuffs which do not affect play.
The labels have the Sold in the UK,and the Gramaphone company text - showing this to be a first issue. The labels are in an excellent condition, with minimal spindle wear. The matrix numbers are 579-1and 580-1.
The laminated front cover has minor scuffs to the corners. The spine is in an excellent condition with no damage to the title. There are minimal finger marks to the opening. The rear 'G and L' patents pending cover is in an excellent condition. It has the faintest of browning to the side opening but is one of the cleanest rears to this cover that I have seen! There is a slight crease to the top rear left - other than this an excellent cover!
Overall, a superb addition to anyones collection!
