Description

Due to unforeseen cicumstances I'm heartbroken to have to sell off some of my collection, which includes literally some of the rarest records in the World. Please keep an eye on my listings as I'll be working my way through these over the next few weeks. All with NO RESERVE

This is an original 1st ever pressing of 'Revolver' on the black/yellow Parlophone label, cat. # PCS 7009with 'Sold In The U.K....' and 'The Gramaphone Co....' label texts. Dating from 1966 this has been carefully looked after and is complete with the original EMI advertising inner sleeve.

What makes this one special is the printing error on Side 2 of the label - it reads 'DOCTOR ROBERT' for track 4 instead of 'DR. ROBERT'.

Matrices etc:
Side One - YEX 605-1 / H M stamper
Side Two - YEX 606-1 / M M stamper
KT tax stamp

Condition:
Sleeve - a little bit of wear on the corners and a small crease on the top left corner. No writing, lamination lift, ring wear etc. The lamination is still shiny and bright and very little (if any) discolouration. Overall a very strong Excellent.
LP - some light marks, nothing at all serious. It would probably benefit from a clean on a professional machine (which I don't possess) But it's still shiny, bright and judging by the few light spider marks around the centre hole it's not been played more than a few times. At least Excellent.
Advertising inner- uncreased, not split or damaged. Very little discolouration - practically brand new!

This set has obviously been together for 45 years and not mixed and matched, not been mucked about with. It's even got the original price sticker on the back - 36/6d! Whether you are upgrading or acquiring for the first time I'm sure that you won't be disappointed by this item.

Shipping:
U.K. - £4.00 Overseas - £8 - £15 depending on where it's going and the level of insurance required.

Payment:
Paypal, Bank Transfer, Cheque drawn in U.K. Sterling

Good luck and I'd be happy to answer any of your questions
