Description
2014 EMI/UMG remaster of the ever iconic, ever revolutionary album, Revolver by The Beatles. The cover has some incense smudges and light scratches which in no way compromises the condition of the album. The album itself is in near mint condition, and was played only a handful of times. This remaster allows Beatles fans to enjoy never before heard sound on this album, due to improved technology. It also comes with included leaflet from UMG explaining the remastering process; the mastering note transcribed below:
"Mastering note: This album was cut for vinyl from the original master tapes by using a completely analogue signal path and with constant reference to the notes made by the cutting engineer for the first pressing of the LP. It has been made with current technology and without imposing the restrictions necessitated by the limitations of record players in the 1960s. Consequently, this version reveals more of the content of the audio on the master tapes."
