Description
The Beatles - Revolver 1966 U.K. MONO 2nd pressing (PMC 7009).
This variation has Times New Roman font. This label exhibits a new layout design most notably with side one having both “Taxman” and “Eleanor Rigby” on the first line. Yet it also displays the incorrect Dr. Robert spelling on side 2 and on the track listing on sleeve. The credits pattern of “Song (Composer)-Lead Singer” has also now switched to “Song-Lead Singer (Composer)”. Side 2 displays the “KT” tax code.
Sleeve is in VG+ condition with no ring wear and only some yellowing to laminate but common on a sleeve of this age. Sharp corners with barely any wear and clean flip backs. The vinyl is also in VG condition with only a few light surface marks. There is a small scratch which affects the opening track of side 1 slightly. The labels are clean with no wear to spindle hole. There is a name written on side 1 but is quite inconspicuous. The original “Patents Applied For” inner is also present but also has a name written near top corner.
