Description
For auction today: A nice copy of this release from 29/11/78. But what makes it different is that this is a test pressing with the catalogue number printed/typed on each side of the white labels. If that wasn't interesting enough, this item will include 1 label for each side, that was intended for the stock copy release, of the earliest tan & red colour label version, on the EMI label (not Parlophone). This is the very earliest pressing possible for this particular release. Somewhat of an important item in the Beatles Australian release discography that was hitherto, unseen and undocumented.
Matrix numbers: SPSLP 261 A / SPSLP 261 B.
A fantastic rarity with the super clean and nice stock labels, as a separate item, included in this lot.
