The Beatles “Rarities” 12” 33-1/3 rpm LP/Vinyl Promo SPRO-8969 RARE, I read that Only 3000 were made!
Glossy at least VG+ vinyl with a few light hairlines, nice clean labels, very nice playback on my denon. I do not grade covers, the thin promo sleeve with some light ring wear, a few small tears at the opening and a small center split at the bottom/sides. Still nice and very presentable. This is a rare piece.

This U.S. "Rarities" (Capitol SPRO 8969), compiled in Los Angeles, contains two mistakes. For some unknown reason, “Sie Liebt Dich” and “Komm Gib Mir Deine Hand” were replaced with the not-too-rare English versions of “She Loves You” and “I Want To Hold Your Hand”. The album became a much sought-after collector's item not only because just 3,000 copies were pressed, but also because it contained the first American release of the original version of ‘Across The Universe”.
Also, it was mastered by famed engineer Wally Traugott ('Wally' is in the deadwax on both sides).” – Please see last pic and enlarge. You can see the etched“Wally” out beside the stamped “Capitol”.
