RUBBER SOUL-1ST UK 'STEREO LP, (PCS3075) Neatly presented original uk copy of 1965 album. the vinyl is in a strong VG CONDITION .lots of light wispy scratches on both sides of album, one or two only, more noticeable . nothing feelable and on play test using PROJECT DEBUT deck ,sounded great with virtually no crackle , even in quieter parts of tracks. Labels are clean and clear .this copy does not feature the misspress NORWEIGIAN WOOD as found on later 1968 copies as research suggests.The Matrix numbers areS/1 YEX 178-2 MOTHER NUMBER 1R S/2YEX179-2MOTHER 1P The cover of the album EX- nice opening edge,no writing whatsoever,shiny laminate front cover/ rear of cover nice white and black See photos..More desirable ERNEST J. DAY & Co. Ltd.flipback,stereo sleeve .ERNEST DAY SLEEVES ,OMIT GRAMOPHONE CO UNDER PARLOPHONE SYMBOL ON FRONT COVER[ see photo]. 3x noticeable spine cracks on the front of cover.These however short in length. no laminate lifting .four times light thumb creases on and around Ringo"s face ,Don"t show up on photos as not prominent. Spine of sleeve clean / clear white edge with sharp black,[ Rubber Soul] - The Beatles print..Minor rubbing to edge tips as featured on photos.The original EMITEX TRACING PAPER LINED INNER,IS IN EXCELLENT ORIGINAL CONDITION.slightly tanned in colour,no rips or tears and as good new.definetly no wear to bottom edge where record is held.
