Description

This is a 1st pressing of The Beatles Rubber Soul LP in STEREO. As stated in Record Collector Price Guide it has - "The Gramophone Co. Ltd." "p", & "Sold in UK" label text. Matrix nos. are YEX 178-2 and YEX 179-2. It has G & L sleeve and original "use Emitex" inner sleeve.

Back cover shows some staining as shown in one of the photos and a name is written in pencil. Front cover has slight creasing with a bit of wear at corners. Inner sleeve is excellent. Record has some faint lines but these are very light and there are no deep scratches. I have not played this album for years as I no longer have a turntable so I cannot say it has been checked for sound defects. I would say that it is in perfectly acceptable condition for a record of this age.
