Housed in an unrecorded hybrid Parlophone green company sleeve, which combines features of the Type 3, Type 4, and Type 5 variants.
Front Cover: Matches the text formatting of Type 3, Type 4, and Type 5 sleeves (starting with the star symbol: "Points to Remember - Give EMI Record Tokens 6/- to 50/-").
Back Cover: Features the "Fran the Fan" / Morphy-Richards hairdryer advert in the bottom right corner. Type 5 is the only Parlophone sleeve variant that carries this advertisement.
