The Beatles Singapore Penny Lane Ep. Very rare. The Sleeve & Vinyl Gradings are only from visual examination. Possibly Very Good minus but I am extremely strict when it comes to grading any record or sleeve. Will be shipped as seen in the photos - both sleeve and record in their respective protective sleeves and placed together in a protected top loader - then sealed in an outer bag and placed in a very protective cardboard shipping box.
