This is a rare original Parlophone Uk demo by The Beatles. Songs are Paperback Writer / Rain. Catalog number: Parlophone R5452 Matrix information side A: 7XCE 18380-2 1G KT Matrix information side B: 7XCE 18381-2 2P KT. Letters KT are embossed near the center hole. Condition: labels are both in excellent condition; very clean with NO stickers and NO writings; it is not easy to find a demo with such clean labels. Both sides are visually in excellent+ condition. Under a strong direct light however, you can see a few superficial hairlines that do not alter the quality of the sound; therefore I would conservatively grade both sides as EXCELLENT!!! Both sides are perfectly shiny! I have played (loud) both sides and they play beautifully with NO clicks, NO pops and NO distortions. Both songs sound perfect with no crackle not even at the very beginning of the songs. The record comes with an original Parlophone company sleeve in excellent condition with no tears, splits, writings or stickers. I try to do my best describing every single aspect of the items I list as I would like to give an appropriate idea of what I am auctioning. Please note that those signs are an effect caused by my scanner (probably dirt). Once again both sides of the record are CLEAN and SHINY with NO marks and NO scratches!!!
