This NEAR MINT UK early 1st pressing dates from initial June 1966 release on the black & silver Parlophone label: R 5452
Matrix numbers: 7XCE 18380-2 & 7XCE 18381-2
Stamper codes: 1/P & 1/G (the earliest possible stamper for 'Rain')
Housed within an original Parlophone company sleeve

Both are clean with just a small collection of well-aimed spindle marks on the 'Paperback Writer' side only
Visual: NEAR MINT
Pristine factory-fresh playing surfaces with the only visual blemish being a small faint mark on the 'Rain' run-in
Sound Quality: NEAR MINT
A great sounding copy which has been carefully played. I detected just touch of wear on 'Rain', but little else
