THE BEATLES - 'NOWHERE MAN'
This superb example of their rarest UK 4-track EP dates from initial July 1966 release on the black & yellow Parlophone label: GEP 8952
Both labels include the 'Sold in UK...' text with 'The Gramophone Co..' rims.
The 'KT' purchase tax code is present in the centre of the side 1 label.
Stamper codes: 1/GM & 1/GO
Housed in its original front laminated, rounded tri-flipback picture sleeve.
CONDITION
Labels: EXCELLENT +
A pristine pair bearing just two or three tiny spindle trails around the side 1 centre hole only.
Visual: EXCELLENT +
The playing surfaces are clean & glossy which apart from two small/light hairlines on track 1 on side 2 are unmarked.
Audio: EXCELLENT +
This disc has received very little play and consequently all tracks play cleanly & clearly with no groove/play wear. Aside from a touch of low-level vinyl background on 'Michelle' there is little to fault on this fine copy which would be tough to upgrade.
Cover: EXCELLENT +
A beautiful example of this fragile and easily blemished cover which retains a sparkling unworn front panel where the only blemish is a single 'thumbnail' wrinkle. All corners are sharp and unworn, as are both opening edges. The rear panel is bright & clean with just a single tiny age spot. All seams are smooth & fully intact.
