Awesome condition set. This will make the new owner happy. All albums are pristine and the vinyls are all nm to nm+. They are way nice.  White cover of the book is still in tact though it has started to tear away from the staples. The book itself is pristine. Get disc included and in excellent condition as well. Everything is here as it was new back in the 80s. Everything even smells new. The album covers literally feel new. Beautiful beautiful example. Smoke free audiophile home. No. 12,803
