The Beatles - Meet The Beatles. Again - The Source Radio Show, 6 Discs, 4 Hours

This is a 6 disc LP set of a radio show produced by The Source (NBC Radio's Young Adult Network) that was to be played on Presidents Weekend (Feb 17, 18, 19, and 20) 1984 and is 4 hours in length.  I do no know if this copy was ever played.  It includes the paperwork (or at least a copy of it) that would have come with the show - a clearance report plus a 4 page schedule of the show.

Originally, I listed the vinyl condition of the 6 discs as VG.  Someone asked me about scratches and scuffs so I did take a closer look at each side of each disc.  It didn't appear that there is anything I would call a scratch...but there are certainly a few scuffs here and there.  Some of the discs look mint...while others actually appear 'dirty' for lack of a better description and would need to be cleaned.  I lightly rubbed the area in the run-out groove of one of the dirty sides with a soft tissue and it cleaned right up...indicating to me that this is just surface dirt.  I did not attempt to clean any other disc.  And so any potential buyer feels safe, I will accept returns on this item.

Cover condition I would say is VG…but please look closely at the photos (focusing on the edges and the corners) and allow the photos to act as the condition description.

Note to interested bidders:  Please be aware that I am not a “collector” in the conventional sense of the word.  I am simply a fan that purchased this record way back when and happen to have held it long enough for it to be worth a few bucks…hence this auction.  I was always careful to take what I consider to be very good care of my records (often place in a protective sleeve to protect the cover, always stored vertically, never too hot, never too cold, stuff like that) and I have tried to be conservative in my ratings. Please don’t ask me about things like the lint content of the gloves I handled this record with…or to report on the molecular structure of the vinyl under a scanning electron microscope…or at what temperature and humidity it was stored in my hyperbaric record chamber.  I assure you I do not have access to any of those pieces of equipment.  Obviously I'm just trying to be a bit humorous here, but I think you get the point.  So if stuff like that is important to you, I think you will be better served looking elsewhere.

With all that said, I know you will be pleased with this item and this transaction!  Check my feedback – bid with confidence!
