GATEFOLD SLEEVE. EXCELLENT PLUS.

The blue lyric first press mono g/f sold is excellent, perhaps excellent plus.

No rips, tares, or graffiti to any pages.

Blue lyric double spread is superb. No loose or partially lifted staples.

The front panel is bright and clean, with the back panel likewise.

The spine is also superb, with just a very small amount of edgeware/scuffing (see photo).

Very little corner ware also.

The flip/backs to the inside pages are again superb. Clean, with absolutely no lifting.

VINYL. VISUAL. VG+

The records are in Very Good Plus condition.

Disc 1 shows are light non-feelable scratch to side 1, with side 2 having hairline/handling marks.

Disc 2 is minimum VG+, maybe near excellent. Fewer marks/hairlines than disc 1.

VINYL AUDIO. VG+/NR EXCELLENT.

The audio quality is at least VG+ for all but the opening 20/30 secs of ‘Walrus’, with 3 sides being near excellent.

There are NO skips or jumps, with just a little occasional surface noise, largely confined to the run-ins/between tracks.

Plays from start to finish with clear mono sound.

LABELS.

Disc 1. VG+/Nr EXCELLENT.

Clean, with just light spindle ware to both sides.

The centre labels are in Very Good condition

Disc 2. VG

Side 3, with embossed KT tax code, has some penned initials barely visible), below the 3 under MMT-B1. Spindle ware.

Side 4, similar to side 3, again with barely visible pen mark. (Above ‘Northern Songs NCB).

ORIGINAL PLAIN WHITE WAVE INNERS. VG

The paper inner sleeves are the original, increasingly hard to find, wave top plain white flip-backs.

There are NO seam splits, just a little creasing/feathering, with the number ‘41’ n red to one side of one of the sleeves.

There’s a very small tare to the bottom of the window on one side of the other sleeve.

IN CONCLUSION.

This is an original first press mono press of the seminal MMT EP. Complete with blue lyric pages, a truly excellent gatefold sleeve, original wave top inners, with minimum VG+ audio.
