THE BEATLES ORIGINAL MONO RECORD BOX, 20TH ANNIVERSARY OF JAPAN CONCERT
This MEGA RARE box set of 10 BEATLES LPs released in RED VINYL in 1986 to commemorate the 20th anniversary of their Japanese shows in 1966.
One owner since new, bought in Japan in the late 1980s.
These 10 LPs all have their original OBI (paper sash), unique Japanese inner with lyrics and translations, original disc shaped poly bags to protect the LPs and all look superb in RED VINYL on the TOSHIBA labels. They have also been kept in an outer poly bag to protect and preserve the covers. Look at the photos, I opened up 1 LP The WHITE ALBUM to show the superb condition these LPs and inner inserts are in. All of them have been well preserved and looked after since purchase. These LPs are hard to find as single items but to get the whole box set together with the original box is as rare as hen's teeth!The storage box does have some mild cosmetic wear at the edges and corners but has no tears or rips.
The AUDIO on these LPs is FANTASTIC! Japanese pressings are highly prized for audiophiles and these MONO pressings are superb with crystal clear definitions. Toshiba used the highest quality vinyl and these red vinyls look absolutely fantastic on the record deck and sound stunning. Some would argue these are better than the 2014 remasters.I sampled 3 LPs, 2 tracks each and found quiet between tracks with no audible clicks or pops. The previous owner has kept these LPs in great condition for almost 40 years.

This box set is extremely rare in Japan and exceptionally rare outside Japan. You may never see another in the UK!
There is a high opening bid but I am selling on behalf of somebody else and you will be lucky to find each single LP for less than £100 so to get all 10 here in near mint condition is exceptional.
