the outer cover and inner tray have some wear the inner tray has ripped on a couple of the corners as seen in the pictures

The book seems in very good condition 

The vinyl is in great condition and plays very well all through no crackles or pops

the outer sleeve and inner sleeve are in very good condition 

Vinyl - VG - great shine The Matrix is - 2U/2U
