Description
When I was clearing my loft out recently I came across loads of L.P.'s and singles. As I no longer have anything to play them on I will be putting them up for auction. They have been kept in boxes and moved as I have moved houses so some of the Album covers and sleeves are worn but I shall endeavour to give a clear description of each one so you know what you are getting. I have no knowledge of first pressings or the like as they are just records I bought from the 60's onwards but I am told some of them are rare. This one "The Beatles Let It Be L.P." is the fourteenth of my collection of Beatles L.P.'s, and is a Stereo recording of the film of the same name released in 1970. Its on the Apple Label Number PCS 7096 (YEX 773/774). It has an external box cover which slides to open and is in a used/worn condition with some creases on the inner section. The cover of the L.P. is in used/fair condition and has a red apple symbol on the back. It is quite well thumbed at the opening, the inner sleeve (original white) is in fair condition, and the disc itself is clean with some light scratches and as far as I can tell should play O.K. (I have nothing to try them on). The tracks are ; Side One:- 1. Two Of Us, 2. Dig A Pony, 3. Across The Universe, 4. I Me Mine, 5. Dig It, 6. Let It Be, 7. Maggie Mae. On Side Two:- 1. I've Got A Feeling, 2. One After 909, 3. The Long And Winding Road, 4. For You Blue, 5. Get Back. A colour booklet of the recording of the film accompanies the L.P. and is entire although there is a crease top left corner of cover and first few pages and some pages are loose.
