Description

This is “The Beatles In Mono Vinyl Box Set” with book. Condition is used but all vinyl and all covers are near mint. This is rare and out of print.


The book and “Mono Masters” are sealed. The others all have poly sleeves. The White Album was too big for a standard sized sleeve (or didn’t come with one), but I put a bigger, older sleeve on that album. The corners of all covers are sharp.


This belonged to my father who passed away in November. I’m no expert, but I looked at each album and they appear as though he never played them. He bought it from amazon when it was released. It’s in great condition and is a very nice set. All vinyl is NM or even M. Same with all but two covers. See below and pics.


Flaws:


1) the outer sleeve doesn’t have any rips or tears, but one corner is starting to come unglued. There are also a few small lumps and bumps, but when wrapped around the box, it looks good. See photos.


2) The actual box has a slight bump at the top, and some minor shelf wear on the left. It also has a few minor shelf-wear-type bumps in general. Keep in mind it’s white and difficult to keep flawless, but see pics for specifics (picture 3 in particular). I can also send more upon request.


3) There are a three total small creases on the covers of Help and Rubber Soul (two on rubber soul). See pics. I didn’t see any other issues.

Shipping:


I’m not sure which service I’ll use yet. If the buyer is on the west coast (or say, west of around Chicago), I will probably ship via FedEx Ground. Otherwise, I’ll use the post office.


This set is very heavy with an awkward shape, and I’m going to double-box it. That’s the best way to assure it arrives safely. However, I need to buy an inner box and packing materials, and shipping won’t be cheap. I would imagine around $60+ with the extra box and packing materials. eBay will only let me list $40 for shipping, so I’m adding $20 or so to the price. I would love to just use FedEx regardless of location, but that would cost over $100 if the buyer is cross county.

If you’re willing to pay the actual shipping and cost of the box, plus packing materials, that’s fine with me. I can send a picture of the receipt and refund any difference from the $40 I’m charging, if there is any.
