The Beatles Super Rare Danish Hottest Hits LP PMCS 306 Eskimo Sleeve
Description:
This is the super rare Danish Hottest Hits LP. Believed to be somewhere between 2,000 to 3,000 only ever pressed and it is not certain how many of those actually sold before they were recalled. It is said that EMI pulled this Denmark-only compilation as Oldies but Goldies was being released and this would get in the way of sales. Hence, it was recalled before too many were sold.
I added this item to the collector's website 'your-collection'. It's a Dotcom site where you can zoom in to the images below and see them at a much higher resolution. The site hosts my collection and gives me searchable unique lists of my choosing so I can see exactly what I own and what I need. I know what's in my collection and the value of all my items and my lists at any time - with a growth factor of my choosing. Condition Description:
The sleeve is in VG condition with handling wear and creasing of the laminate. There is a very small piece missing from the right hand flipack, as photographed.
The disc has many super thin surface marks, which are evident in strong light, with several deeper scratches from the stylus that run through most of the tracks on one side - as photographed. The vinyl grades as VG.

Shipping policy
I'll ship to anywhere in which the item can be tracked door-to-door and fully insured. I won't ship to Italy because there are so many horror stories of items going missing in transit and there being no tracking. Lots of people have ended up losing out by having to refund for items.
I try to get items packed and shipped within three days of payment coming through and normally easily achieve that but I do work away quite a lot and of course it's not always possible if I'm not home until the weekend.

On 12-Jan-20 at 19:21:07 GMT, seller added the following information: I just played it end to end and not only does it not skip at all but it plays with no pops or ticks, except for on Slow Down and the following track (the last two on that side). There are two ticks per revolution.There is some very quiet crackling between tracks but once the tracks start it disappears. I was told that this LP was made with particularly dense plastic and as such it stands up to a lot of punishment. That seems to very true. It sounds bright and belies the surface marks which don't sound.
