PARLOGRAM AUCTIONS presents...

THE BEATLES - 'THE BEATLES' HITS'

Despite being one of their biggest selling EPs, early copies in this condition are extremely hard to locate.

This pristine UK pressing of this 4-track EP dates from just after September 1963 release on the black & yellow Parlophone label: GEP 8880

This unusual 'crossover' pressing has the 'Recording First Published..' text on the side 1 label but OMITS it from side 2.

An early 'MKT' purchase tax code is present in the centre of the side 2 label.

Matrices: 7TCE 760-2N & 7TCE-761-1N

Stamper codes: 1/H & 1/RD

House in a front laminated, rounded bi-flipback 'Garrod' printed picture cover, complete with original clear polythene inner-sleeve.

Factory-fresh, deep-gloss playing surfaces which, apart from some faint marks from the polythene inner on side 2,  are 'as new'.

Pristine white and totally unblemished throughout, this cover could have left the shops yesterday, let alone 56 years ago! Aside from an faint bend on the upper right rear cover, this also is 'as new' and can be your final upgrade.
