Description
BEATLES - HELP Album, first pressing ( I believe, but I am not an expert ) 1965 PMC1255. Stamped XEX 549 2 and XEX 550 2. This album plays very well with no jumps. There is audible surface noise between tracks. Slight surface marks on both sides but they don't interfere with the playing of the album. Please see photos for visual condition of the disc.
The front sleeve is in fairly good condition with wear to the corners and the sleeve opening. The back of the sleeve has a small piece missing on the opening edge and some staining plus the obvious discolouration with time. Please see photos for detail. I don't think the inner sleeve is original although it is probably the same age as the LP.
I was bought this album when I was 12 in 1965. I have always cleaned my albums before playing so they tend to play very well even after many years. This album has not been played since the late 1960s. I've just played through it to check all is well and it sounded great. If you prefer a different posting option please let me know BEFORE purchase as this cannot be changed once you have paid. Thank you
