Description

This is the original first Stereo pressing of the album "Help! " by The Beatles on the Parlophone label catalogue number PCS 3071. These early Parlophone stereo's are hard to come by in decent condition and this copy would be hard to beat. Matrix numbers are: Side 1,  YEX-168-1, Sides 2,  YEX 169-1 Stampers:  Side 1,  9 O clock 2,  3 O clock P,   Side 2,  9 O clock 2,  3 O clock GP
The labels have "The Gramophone Company" rim and "Sold in UK". The labels remain bright and clear with very few signs of spindle wear.
The vinyl retains a beautiful shine on both sides and neither side displays any scratches. The vinyl surfaces gleam, as good as new.
The record is housed in an original Emitex inner that has no splits or other damage. The sleeve remains white and clean. The outer Garrod & Lofthouse sleeve is in great shape with no creasing and very nice corners. The sleeve remains lovely and white both front and rear. There is only light signs of shading near the spine edge.  All in all this is a beautiful example of a very rare item.
This is an outstanding example of a very collectable piece
