Description
This is the original first pressing of the 7" single "Something" by The Beatles on the Apple label catalogue number R 5814. These original Apple copies are hard to come by in decent condition and this copy is an OUTSTANDING Excellent + Condition.
The labels have "Apple Records" rim and Sold In UK text".
The vinyl retains a beautiful shine on both sides, the only thing that prevents this being graded much higher are two small and light needle lines on side one. These are small and light and do not detract from outstanding playback.
Both labels are bright and clear with no writing or other damage.
The record is housed in the original shiny black Apple sleeve that has survived remarkably well. These are usually badly damaged through creasing etc but not this one. This has a few creases that could be pressed out between some books and light ringwear.
I am starting this item at £15 on the basis I am not prepared to sell for less. If you doubt the quality of my items, please see my feedback for a number of Beatles records sold during the last few months.
This is an outstanding item that has survived remarkably well for 46 years. How time flies.
