RECORD: Appears unplayed-Full mint lustered vinyl.
George Martin gave "Rigby" the full symphonis treatment : 2 String Quartets/ 4 Violins / 2 Cellos.
Supposedly inspired by by Bernard Hermann's eeire score of "Farenheit 451" (strarring Oscar Werner, )
An elegent ballad about a crumbling relationship . The melody is built upon a descending Bass line. Paul composed
the bass line while in the bathroom of a Swiss Chalet ..............(guess he didn't have any reading materials)
"Yellow submarine" gave a comic edge to a childrens song by Paul , layering the recording with wisecracks & sound effects.
