* IMPORTANT: Unless otherwise stated, all of the items we sell are in "used" condition, and as such you should expect some signs of use/general wear. Every effort is made to ensure any major defects are detailed in the condition notes above, but we encourage buyers to inspect the accompanying photographs for a 100% accurate record. Any tests for functionality will also be recorded above, otherwise please assume that the item is untested.

 PAYMENT INSTRUCTIONS

PayPal

Payments must be made via PAYPAL within 3 DAYS of the auction closing, or within 3 days of a combined shipping invoice being issued. An unpaid item case will be opened against non-paying winners after 3 days. Winners will then have 4 days to pay in full before eBay closes the case against them, and the item is relisted.


Payment in Person

Owing to the present viral pandemic, we are temporarily unable to accept any payments in person. Please use PayPal to complete your purchase before attempting to collect your items. Modified collection instructions can be found further below.

 SHIPPING INFORMATION

Combined Postage

All of our auction items end on a Sunday, between 8pm and 9pm UK time. Once all of the items you're bidding on from that week have finished, simply hold off from paying. We will then manually issue you with a combined shipping invoice the next working day. If you would like to combine shipping with items ending across two weeks, please message us to request an extended payment delay.


Dispatch Times

We dispatch to a weekly schedule, so immediate payment means your items will be on their way to you within the advertised 3 working days of payment being received. Payments made more than 3 days after an auction ends are likely to be delayed.


Additional Shipping Services

The maximum weight for using our standard tracked shipping is 30.00 kg for UK destinations (mainland & NI only), and 2.00 kg for EUROPE/REST OF WORLD. If your item is too heavy to send via standard shipping, we can arrange higher-cost specialist shipping on request. Before bidding, please contact us for a UK or WORLDWIDE specialist courier quote, then before paying, please contact us again to request an updated invoice.


Import Duty/Tax

Buyers are responsible for paying their country's import duties and taxes.

 COLLECTION IN PERSON

Owing to the present viral pandemic, access to our main depot is currently restricted. To reduce the likelihood of overcrowding, collecting your items in person MUST be done by prior appointment only.

Before visiting us, please send us an eBay message or call us on the phone to make the necessary arrangements. Please note that we cannot send purchased items to any of our other shops at this time.

Our main depot address and contact details can be found towards the end of all our item listings, located under the "Business seller information" section on desktop browsers, or by tapping "Registered as business seller" under the "About this seller" section on mobile devices. Our eBay department is open from 9:00am to 4:00pm, Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).

When collecting items in person, don't forget to bring a form of valid ID with you to help us confirm that you are the successful buyer.

 RIGHT-TO-CANCEL  &  RETURNS POLICY

We offer a 30 day "no-quibble" returns policy on all of our items, starting from the date your item is delivered. In summary:

• You have from the time you place your order, all the way up to 30 days after delivery, to notify us that you wish to return/cancel your order.
• We accept all returns automatically - even if you have simply changed your mind. Just select the correct category when opening an official eBay return request to begin.
• If your item arrived with unexpected damage*, turns out to be unexpectedly faulty, or is otherwise "not as described", please include further details in the return request form.
• Providing items are returned to us in their original delivery condition, you will be issued with a full refund (inc. original P&P) via your original payment method.
• Return postage is free if using one of our pre-paid labels (generated by eBay), except for "changed mind" returns.
• If we cannot provide you with a pre-paid label, we will refund your return postage costs up to the original postage cost, except for "changed mind" returns.
• eBay allows us up to 3 days to respond to item return queries, but we usually reply within the hour if contacted during weekday opening times.
• You have up to 10 days from your original return request (or from our response if outside of eBay's 3 day reply time) to post your order back to us.
• Returns must include all relevant parts being returned, in original delivery condition, with all original retail packaging (where included). Incomplete returns are subject to deductions.
• We will issue your refund within 2 days of your items being delivered back to us.

*NOTE: If returning items for unexpected damage, you can help us by taking clear photographs detailing the condition of the items, as well as any external packaging. Pictures of damaged goods should then be attached to an eBay message for our attention, so we can help you as quickly as possible.
