Description
Here for sale is another unbelievable great sounding stereo vinyl Lp pressing from the audiophile in the mil based in Germany in the 1970’s who sought out the best The Beatles Lp pressing in the world. He bought this first press ‘Abbey Road’ in 1969, carefully played the Lp once on his Technics Direct Drive turntable to record onto a reel to reel tape. His Mint- conditioned record collection then was shipped to Cincinnati free of charge to Cincinnati in the 1980’s. I just played the Lp on my Thornes TD 320 turntable and the record plays perfect with complete quite in between tracks. Thus is rated by audiophile experts as the best sounding pressing ever of this release. This pressing was tube cut in Germany where the U.K. pressing was a ‘Solid State’ cut. This is the best sounding stereo analogue mix of all time signed off by The Beatles and George Martin. You can hear nuisances on this album you do not hear on other pressings. In the deadwax us -2 on side one & -1 on side two. ‘Her Majesty’ is not listed on the cover or label. The cover is also in Mint- condition with hardly any wear at all. This Lp will be double boxed for protection through shipment. Thanks Frank
