The Beatles ALPHA OMEGA 4 Disc Vinyl Record Set - OUT OF PRINT; was offered only on TV in early 1973 - was never sold in stores (other than used copies.) It was this unofficial release that prompted Apple Records to compile and release the "1962-1966" and "1967-1970" compilations that have come to be known as the "Red" and "Blue" albums. The box is worn; corners have been taped, but it is structurally sound. The records appear to have been minimally played; my guess is once or twice. There are no scratches visible on any of the 8 sides. A great buy for someone looking to add some Beatles to their vinyl collection, or for the Beatles collector as well.
