A collection of Beatles Oldies was originally released by Parlophone UK on the 9th December 1966, in both mono and stereo formats, and the only 1960s Beatles compilation Album.

This is an ORIGINAL 1966 UK FIRST ISSUE **mono** Vinyl LP for The Beatles 8th UK Album release ‘A Collection of Beatles Oldies’ (But Goldies). The Vinyl LP is on the traditional Black & Yellow Parlophone Label, with ‘The Gramophone Co Ltd’ label rim, ‘Sold in UK…’ label text and ‘Made in Gt. Britain’.

The record labels are in immaculate Mint condition, beautiful as new record labels.

Official side 1 matrix is XEX 619-1G/Side 2: XEX 620-1G.

Side 1 stampers: 1 M, Side 2: 1 GDR.

There is an embossed ‘KT’ visible on the centre of the side 2 record label.

Both sides of the vinyl disc are in absolutely beautiful Mint condition, with not a mark in sight. Both sides of the disc look as they would have when new.

The album comes in its original white Made in Great Britain inner Bag, even the bag is in immaculate Mint Minus condition, no seam splits, handwriting or tearing.

And is housed in it’s original and Amazingly Beautiful Collection of Beatles Oldies Glossy front laminated Garrod and Lofthouse Patents Pending mono Sleeve which is in Stunning Mint Minus condition, a glossy as new front panel with only a hint of record storage at the top.

The reverse of this sleeve is also as new clean, white with no finger marks, no handling signs, and no age toning. All three flip backs are as new. All edges are free from any splits, and the spine edge wording is clearly legible.

As expected the LP plays throughout without faults.

This is the best example of this original 1966 Beatles compilation album that I have seen for many years, and definitely a final upgrade.
