Shipping Information

We ship all of our items through UPS using UPS Ground which provides us with a tracking number to assure timely delivery and receipt, along with $100.00 minimum insurance on each package.  Additonal insurance may be purchased at buyer's request.  The shipping cost includes handling and packaging.  All items are packed to meet UPS packing standards by UPS Store certified packing experts which assures our buyers and sellers that the item will arrive without damage, or which assures our buyers and sellers that the item will arrive without damage, or in the unlikely event of damage, we will meet the requirements for successfully filing a claim.  We ship only within the 48 Continental US via UPS Ground.  Once payment clears, items will be packaged and shipped within two business days.  Loal Pick-up is encouraged for any of our items.  Winner has the option of picking the item up at our physical location once payment is made.  If you are planning on local pick-up please let us know and we can arrange it.

Return Information

All sales are final and sold AS IS.  Returns are accepted ONLY if the item was not as described in the auction.  Buyer must contact us to initiate a return within 3 days of receiving the item.  Buyer is responsible for return shipping charges.  Unless otherwise mentioned, this auciton will include no software or any technical support.  For compatibility see manufacturer.  Auction includes what is shown or mentioned in the listing.
