Description

For sale is a RARE Signed First US Press Vinyl LP of "The Band" by The Band, released in 1969.


This has been signed and inscribed on the front cover by the legendary Robbie Robertson. As many might know, he is a particularly difficult autograph to obtain, let alone on such a seminal work in his catalogue and in Rock History.


The gatefold sleeve is in GOOD condition with mild-moderate edgewear, rubbing, and a little scuffing. There does not seem to be any separation between panels of the textured cardboard sleeve. The vinyl is in GOOD condition, with some scattered, light scratches, and some dust. It has not been tested on a turntable. Please consult the photos attached.
