*STRAWBERRY FIELDS FOREVER* UK 1st pressing - 1967
*Factory Sample* (EMI did not prepare any demonstration discs for this single, so this is the closest you will get to one)
Matrix: Side 1: 7XCE 18415-1 Stamper code: 3/GH Matrix: Side 2: 7XCE 18416-2 Stamper code: 1/G
I have collected factory sample/demo discs over the years. I have others listed along with this one, right now.
Audio:

Could possibly be described as Near Mint, but this has obviously been played and so I have given an EX+ grading. Both sides play with crystal clear sound.
Visually:

In reflected daylight the surfaces appear near pristine, with just a few very light non-sounding hairlines. Beautiful glossy vinyl. Obviously there are wispy handling lines under a searchlight beam but it would be hard to find a better looking example.

Again, near perfect. Vibrant silver text with just a few spindle trails to each side, suggesting minimal play. Side one displays a genuine 'Factory Sample' sticker.
Sleeve:

Amazing example of this fragile and limited edition, original picture sleeve. Expected creasing on this thin paper object. Almost impossible to upgrade. Near perfect.
The photos are of the actual item for sale. All records are thoroughly cleaned and listened to, from beginning to end. Professional mailers are always used.
