If you are looking for a disc in mint condition, then you will always be disappointed. These early 'singles' were bought to be played and not stored in a time capsule.
For a 1969 pressing, both labels should carry 'Gramophone' rim text which did appear on some of the 1965 issues, but for some reason E.M.I. decided to use original 'Parlophone' rim labels (Possibly just to use up surplus stock).
The vinyl has retained its smooth deep gloss finish, showing just a few non-sounding surface marks/lines.
If you see any chevrons in the photos, they are from my camera and are not on the vinyl.
The run-ins are near silent and there is absolutely no crackle, and no appreciable interference to the audio performance. Both sides sound fantastic.
The sleeve is the correct, company issue, in great condition.
This copy displays exactly the same 2: / 2: 1st pressing matrix endings as issued in 1965. 1/1 endings were not selected for this single.

The photos are of the actual item. I always use professional, anti-static, cleaning fluid and listen to the whole disc. Professional mailers are always used.
