Description

An original One EMI Box copy from Autumn 1969. Matrix XAX 1/1. At this point in time mono was pretty much defunct so these late '69 copies are very few and far between. The Lp comes housed in a 60's mono cover with flipbacks still exhibiting.
Vinyl (Vg+/Ex-) In great shape and has only seen relatively light use. Under close inspection there's a couple of light marks, one very superficial trail, and one small semi-feelable mark which does sound [see details below]. A thorough testing from beginning to end reveals a mostly NEAR EXCELLENT level of playback with two deviations. Intros and inbteweens are mostly quiet and the audio comes across with great clarity. We 're picking up a bit static in a couple of tracks on side 2 'Bring It On Home' & 'Dimples'. Background type stuff non-invasive. But by and large a very sweet player pumping out some great mono from the 60's. The one deviation is a small mark in the 1st section of track 1 - You'll get five or six ticks/clicks. Not too bad at all really and over early in the record - the best way. 14 great tracks in true mono.
Cover (Ex) In lovely condition and fairing a lot better than many of these original 60's cover. Clean and shiny front with a crease over on the right side. The rear seems to have largely avoided the ageing process. Looks clean and unspoilt. Flipbacks are intact and secure. Spine 100% intact. Overall a great 60's original.
