insured / registered mail - a standard 'proof of posting' certificate is obtained for all items, if you wish to insure your item please ask for details...any additional costs will be added to your invoice.

returns policy - if you believe your item is NOT as described I’m happy to refund the purchase price only on return of the goods. All items must be returned within 7 days of receipt. Please note, the refund will consist of the purchase price only, postage will not be returned

When will the item be posted? - all items will be posted within 5 days of receipt of payment although most are sent within 48 hours.

CONDITION GRADINGS - As a rule I do not sell records in fair, poor or bad condition. I only make an exception when a record is still deemed a quality item regardless of its condition. This will be explained in full within such a listing. All gradings are made very conservatively

MINT: I only use this grading if the record is still sealed in its original shrink-wrapping (If appropriate). Please note - even in this condition it is possible that the item may suffer from pressing faults

VINYL EXCELLENT: The record shows some signs of having been played, but there is very little lessening in sound quality.

SLEEVE EXCELLENT: The cover and packaging might have slight wear and / or creasing.

VINYL VERY GOOD: The record has obviously been played many times, but displays no major deterioration in sound quality, despite noticeable surface marks and the occasional light scratch.

SLEEVE VERY GOOD: Normal wear and tear on the cover or extra items, some laminate veining or minor discolouration without any major defects, is acceptable.

VINYL GOOD: The record has been played so much that the sound quality has noticeably deteriorated, perhaps with some distortion and mild scratches.

SLEEVE GOOD : The cover and contents suffer from folding, scuffing of edges, spine or edge splits, discolouration, laminate veining etc.
