Description
Original U.S. deep groove heavy vinyl mono pressing. Such a nice copy! It's not near mint, but it's very nice nonetheless. Cover has very little wear. slight ring wear. That yellow is SO yellow. looks beautiful. the vinyl has some surface marks/scuffs that are visible, but its VERY clean and sounds great. there are some pops at times, but nothing too jarring. there is very little surface noise other than the occasional pop and not much gets in the way of the sound. overall, this album sounds really nice. i mean, you like how Blue Note records sound at their best, right? So do I. And this has that magic aura, it really does. I have not done any deep cleaning of this record, and there is no doubt in my mind that it would sound even better if you gave it the deluxe spa treatment. But, like I said, it already sounds pretty great to these ears. So, there you have it. NOT near mint or EX because there are visible imperfections on the vinyl (smooth to the touch though, nothing beyond surface level), and there are some pops here and there, but, in my opinion, a solid VG+ copy that I should totally keep. but I wouldn't be much of a record dealer if I kept everything, would I? No, I wouldn't. There is something really satisfying about writing "OG DG RVG LP" in an Ebay description. I just thought I'd mention that. Detroit in the house!
