This is a rare original pressing of Terry Allen's first album, released privately in 1975. The tunes are The Juarez Device, Cortez Sail, Border Palace, Dogwood, Writing On Rocks, The Radio...and Real Life, There Oughta Be a Law Against Sunny Southern California, What of Alicia, Honeymoon in Cortez, Four Corners, Parts: Jabo Street Walkin Woman, Cantina Carlotta, Le Despedida.

Condition of record is E, no scuffs, no scratches, no spindle marks. Jacket shows very slight overall wear, no seam splits.

CONDITION TERMS

M = Mint. Brand new, unplayed. We never use the term "mint" to describe a used record, no matter how clean the record is.
E = Excellent. Some evidence of having been played, with no audible defect.
V = Very Good. Noticeable wear, visual and audible. Records with slight surface noise and/or scuffs fall into this category.
G = Good. Not really all that good. Records in this category have more significant damage or wear.
F = More severe damage, distracting surface noise. Only used in incidence of extreme rarity.
P = Poor condition, proves existence of record only.
