Terry Allen, Juarez Suite This is a very rare impression of the legendary Juarez Suite by Terry Allen. Is was printed at the equally legendary Landfall Press. The album is a masterpiece of border noir and considered possibly the earliest example of postmodern country. Terry Allen is not only a country musician but is also one of the country’s foremost artists. And this work is his classic and most exemplary piece. Printed in 1976, it is a lithograph suite with a limited-edition pressing of the record (still sealed and never been opened). Six hand-printed and signed lithographs are included, each 12 5/8"x 12 5/8." The lithographs have been mounted for a show before but are otherwise immaculate. It was printed in a signed and numbered edition of 50, this particular set being a signed Landfall Press impression outside of the 50 (a copy reserved for Landfall). It retails for $7,500 from Landfall. Here it is listed with a very low reserve.
