Stop Making Sense is considered one of the greatest live albums and concert films ever released. Directed by Jonathan Demme and fronted by David Byrne, the performances capture Talking Heads at their creative peak during the early 1980s.


This original Sire pressing features Sterling mastering with T.J. initials in the deadwax and Specialty/SLM manufacturing marks. Audiophiles and collectors continue to seek out early pressings for their energetic live sound and iconic packaging tied to the groundbreaking concert film.
