Description

This is the special limited edition 1983 clear vinyl LP of the Talking Heads album Speaking in Tongues, featuring unique pop art packaging designed by Robert Rauschenberg.

The album cover, designed by artist Robert Rauschenberg, won a Grammy Award in 1984 for Best Album Cover.

The innovative design includes spinning plastic discs (color wheels) set amidst a collage of images, allowing the owner to create seemingly infinite variations of the cover art.

This edition was limited to 50,000 copies and was the band's fifth studio album.

The album produced the band's only top ten single on the US Billboard Hot 100, "Burning Down the House".


The shrink wrap is torn on edges but record was never opened
