TALK TALK "THE PARTY'S OVER" The cover is in great condition (sealed). This item is sealed by many years away from the smokeand moisture. (see pictures) On the bottom seam the plastic is a little open but the vinyl is still sealed.
Promotional Disc vinyl delivered to only experts and radio broadcasters. Was not allowed to sell. It has a label on the cover stating that the record is promotional.
