This is  a 78 RPM  on Black Swan 2039  US issue.  

Visually shellac is a very glossy VG+ with some  light scuff marks and some light superficial hairline scratches

Play graded sound is very clean on Desperate Blues. Trixie's Blues has background surface noise

Buyer pays $11 shipping to the US , $10 to $15  to Canada ( depending on location ) and $19 overseas by airmail at your risk with no tracking number.
